The Development Authority of the North Country is a New York State public benefit corporation providing services to a 3-county region which includes Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties. The Authority is a multi-faceted organization which owns and operates water and sewer systems, a regional fiber optics system, a solid waste management facility and provides housing and economic development assistance.
