Lieutenant Governor Robert J. Duffy visited Watertown yesterday to announce, on behalf of Governeor Andrew M Cuomo, $13 million in funding and low-income housing tax credits for the construction of the nearly 100-unit Creekwood Apartments in Watertown. The Lieutenant Governor was joined by NYS Senator Patricia Ritchie (48th District), Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell (118th District), and Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush (122nd District), as well as local officials and representatives from Fort Drum and the Development Authority of the North Country, as well as many other community partners in recognizing the importance of this project to the community and to Fort Drum.
