The North Country Regional Economic Development Council will hold one of its three community forums on Monday, September 19 at Jefferson Community College. The forum is to get public input and aid the Council in the creation of a 5-year economic development plan. The forum will be from 6PM to 8PM in the Robert R. and Jean S.
