The Development Authority of the North Country is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of chemicals necessary for the operation of the Authority's Water/Wastewater & Solid Waste Management facilities. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the Development Authority's Water/Wastewater Offices located at the Warneck Pump Station, 23557 NYS Route 37, Watertown, New York 13601, until 1:15 p.m. on July 17, 2009. All bids will be publicly opened at 1:30 p.m. on July 17, 2009 at the same location.
