Development Authority of the North Country

North Country Strong

During these challenging times, the Development Authority wants to assure the community that it will continue to provide its essential services in the areas of water- and wastewater plant operation, regional landfill operation, and telecommunications services, while complying with social distancing. All Authority staff continue to work, although many are working from home now. For the health and well-being of our employees and our customers, for the time being, visitors to Development Authority facilities are not permitted and staff are restricting their interactions with others in accordance with state and federal guidance. Like you, we look forward to the time when the world gets back to normal; until then, we must all do our part to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Please feel free to reach out to your Authority contacts via email or telephone, or call the Authority’s main number at 315-661-3200 for assistance.
