Loan Underwriting

Development Authority staff provide loan underwriting services for municipalities. Staff can provide an in-depth review of loan applications, resulting in an analysis to aid in funding decisions made by municipalities. Current customers include the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, Town of Gouverneur, Ogdensburg Growth Fund, Lewis County Industrial Development Agency and Franklin County Industrial Development Agency.
